The UCITY Family Zone Faith Leaders Community of Practice (FL CoP) aims to join our local faith leaders for discussion, learning, and alignment regarding community-based approaches for providing comfort, support, and fostering positive connections throughout the UCITY Family Zone. 

 

The Faith Leaders CoP convenes monthly to pray, knowledge, align on priority areas, and promote social justice and trusting relationships among the UCITY Family Zone communities.

Practice:

• Support connections between community residents and faith-based organizations

• Provide and foster trusted emotional and social support

• Coordinate resources to link to residents’ critical and emergency-related needs

• Community service and outreach

• Empower faith-based leadership and values
